The Multi-Analyser SF6 is a battery-operated, compact, user- and maintenance-friendly device which guarantees high measuring accuracy. The unit allows di­fferent kinds of measurements and treatment of the measured gas in one of the following ways:» The measured gas can be stored in an internal storage vessel and pumped back into the gas compartment (up to 10 bar pe). For measurements on cylinders, vessels or gas compartments with higher pressure (max. inlet pressure 35 bar pe) a pressure reducer is not needed. If the gas should not be pumped back into the SF6 filled equipment, a cylinder can be connected directly to the outlet. It is not necessary to disconnect the device from the gas compartment, the vessel or cylinder with the higher pressure. An external gas collecting bag can be connected allowing continuous measurements (inlet pressure max. 35 bar pe) without pumping the gas back. The external bag can be emptied by using the Multi-Analyser SF6, a service cart or compressor unit.      

The compact and mobile small service cart meets all requirements for efficient SF6 gas handling in the medium voltage range. Compact and ergonomic design was the main focus for its construction.

The maintenance unit allows gas recovery down to a final vacuum of <5 mbar and keeps pace with large devices. All necessary functions are integrated including gas purification via dry filter and particle filters as well as gas storage in liquid form. Operation of the device via color touch panel sets a new standard in this device category. Clearly displayed icons make for a quick overview of the entire gas handling process.

Equipped with four solid tired wheels, the SF6 recovery unit can be conveniently moved on uneven and gravel ground. The integrated tool box keeps hoses and accessories tidy. Therefore, the B143R11 is a compact, efficient and user-friendly device complying with the requirements in the MV field.

Modern control technology in conjunction with a user-friendly interface in several languages make device operation simple and convenient. The external covering of the device protects the integrated components and considerably reduces operating noise. Thanks to various options, the device can be configured to meet any customer‘s needs.

A protective cover with shading function combined with a swiveling control panel allows glare-free and ergonomic operations at the optimal working height. An additional USB and Ethernet connection is integrated in the control panel for data exchange.

Maintenance Device for Large GIS

This emission free maintenance device allows for SF6 gas recovery down to < 1 mbar. When used with gastight DILO couplings and hoses, SF6 emissions will have no chance! Short gas recovery and evacuating times are obtained by using a DN40 coupling.

The L170 series is available with a second DN20 connecting coupling (as an option) so that two work steps can be carried out simultaneously. Therefore, it is possible to evacuate air from a gas compartment while filling SF6 or recovering gas from another gas compartment.

SF6 Service Cart for Large and Extra Large GIS

L600 Series

The L-Series SF6 service cart is our most powerful device and guarantees quick maintenance of gas compartments. The L600 features an oil-less suction pump in addition to the standard equipment included on the L400. Thanks to the state-of-the art control panel, all functions run automatically and are displayed on a 10″ multi-touch screen. A new software with intuitive user navigation makes operation very easy and comfortable. The optional remote operations feature allows the maintenance cart to be operated via smartphone, tablet or laptop.

Electronic cylinder weight scale featirung digital display with battery compartment 

The electronic cylinder weight scale allows for quick and easy determination of the filling quantity of a gas bottle. The large weighing platform and the supporting chain provide additional stability of the gas bottle.

The weight is indicated on the illuminated display, which switches off automatically if the scales are not used for a certain time. Thanks to the tare function, gas inputs and outputs can be precisely quantified. After use, the bottle scales can be folded for compact storage.

For quick tracing of small SF6 leaks

The lightweight, cordless SF6 Leak Pointer can detect SF6 leaks in seven different sensitivity levels with a response rate of one second. The SF6 Leak Pointer is easy to operate with one hand. Leakage data is clearly presented on an LED display. In addition, an audible alarm alerts the user to the presence of SF6 leaks. The SF6 Leak Pointer clears itself quickly, even after detecting large SF6 leaks.
